(1.2 Production and installation of coal scuttle
The steel coal hopper is made in segments and pieces on site, and assembled after being transported to the site. Each coal scuttle is made in three parts, namely the coal scuttle cover, the round bucket part, and the cone bucket. The cone bucket is made by the inverted method. 1 Stakeout and numbering

After the check is completed, a detailed technical explanation will be made to the construction team.

1 Preparation before welding
1) The groove form should be processed according to the design drawings. When there is no regulation, the form and size of the groove should be selected according to the principles of ensuring welding quality, less filler metal, improving working conditions, facilitating operation, and reducing welding stress and deformation.
2) Bevel preparation with automatic cutting knife. After beveling, clean the oxides, slag and spatters on the surface of the bevel, and repair and level the unevenness to ensure that the inner and outer walls of the base material are free of oil, paint, and rust, and the base material of the bevel and bevel The metallic luster is exposed within 15-20mm on both sides.
3) After the welding groove is processed, the inspection shall be carried out as required, and the assembly can be carried out after being qualified. Allowable deviation value for welding parts assembly: allowable deviation of butt gap: ±1.0mm; allowable deviation of edge height difference: ±2.0mm.
3 Selection and requirements of welding rod, welding wire, and flux:
The bucket wall is made of Q345 material, E5015 electrode is used for welding, 3.2mm electrode is used for bottoming, and 4mm electrode is used for covering. E4315 welding rod is used for welding of cover, other iron parts and welding of wall and other iron parts. The welding rod is baked according to the specification.
Submerged arc welding adopts H08AMn type welding wire with a diameter of 5mm and HJ431 type flux.
The welds between the webs and flanges of the original coal scuttle steel beam and the hopper wall should reach the same strength level.
4 rolls
The coiling of the steel coal scuttle is completed in sections in the workshop, mainly to control the bending radius, circumference deviation and ovality of the coil. Firstly, check the correctness of the outer dimensions, bevel processing, remaining straight edges and the card template of the sheet material. Before the formal coiling, the sheet material needs to be pre-pressed. The blanking steel plate is rolled into shape on the rolling machine according to the cone arc control template calculated in advance according to the drawings. After coiling, each steel plate needs to be numbered according to the lofting drawing to facilitate post-production.
